Hi! thanks for stopping by! I’m Ramone and I created Wild Sage Wellbeing to bring together my love of all things wild, my desire for learning and exploration of the broader world and our inner selves, and cultivating a life of balance and abundant health.

My passion is creating exceptional experiences that combine a little wanderlust, some healthy movement, guided self reflection and lots of fun learning experiences.

Getting back to nature and it’s unpredictability is the best antidote to the stress that arises from living a structured, urban lifestyle. Being wild helps you reconnect with your natural rhythms and temperament and frees you from perceived expectations that limit you.

Being wise is an ongoing process of learning your own life lessons from experience and also choosing to accept lessons from those sent to guide you. It involves self exploration, reflection on your experiences and the application of new ways of being to your personal actions and interactions with others every day. It also means being prepared to let go of the past so you can live more fully in the present moment.

Being well is a practice of self love and self respect. Your recipe for wellness is unique to you and listening to your intuition and honouring you highest calling can help guide you to create and live a peaceful and fulfilling life.
