I’m a Yoga Alliance certified pre and postnatal Yoga teacher and would love to work with you to support you during your birthing journey and postnatal experience.
Yoga can provide both physical and mental benefits throughout your pregnancy to ensure your body and mind are in the best possible shape.
Some poses in yoga are not recommended during pregnancy, and each individual presents with different needs. That’s why I like to work with you 1:1 to ensure that you undertake a safe practice that will benefit you and your baby.
